12月になりましたね。今朝は気温が3℃しかなく、本当に『寒いっ!』という感じでした。 さて、「信濃川大河津分水」の河口拡幅工事ですが、毎日ダンプカーがせわしなく行き交っております。 右岸側（野積側）には、新しく架かる橋の橋脚を造る為の足場が組まれ、中の様子は窺い知れませんが、毎日多くの作業員の方･･･
